Burbank Test Site Information

Where: Calvary Baptist Church

724 S. Glenoaks Blvd. Burbank, CA 91502

Date: April 28, 29, and 30

Most students will finish April 29^th

Time:

Grades 2-6

Morning session 8:30-11:30 Arrive no later than 8:15

Grades 7-12

Afternoon session 12:00-3:00 Arrive no later than 11:15.

Bring: Healthy snacks, a water bottle, and a free reading book or other quiet working materials

Reminder: No electronic devices are permitted at test site. Cell phones will be collected by site coordinator and given back at the end of testing each day.

Parking is extremely limited! Please arrive early enough to find a parking space, or car pool with another family.

Sign in/Sign out:

All students must be signed in and signed out by a parent or guardian.

Misc: Students will finish at varying times on the 2nd day of testing. Please be prepared to pick up your children at any time on that day.
